Freshwater Pearls on Leather

Freshwater pearls are produced by mussels that live in freshwater bodies of water like lakes, ponds, rivers and streams. They come in a variety of shapes and colors, with the most common being milky white. Of all the pearl types, freshwater pearls are the most durabable- very restitant to chipping and wear and tear.
Barbara Conner brings the classic freshwater pearl necklace into the 21st century with her hip innovative designs. Using fine leather and sterling silver charms that accent the beauty of the pearl, these pieces are sure to make you the envy of all your friends!
