South Sea Pearls on Leather

Our South Sea Pearls are the most precious of all our pearls. This rare jewel comes from the silver-tipped and gold-tipped oyster that lives off the coast of Australia. The oysters are elusive- making it's habitate deep in the ocean. It's scarcity is what makes the South Sea pearl so valuable, and thus more expensive.
The South Sea Pearl comes in a variety of colors from white to silver and gold. The warm waters where they are found give them a satiny luster not found in any other pearl type. Their spectacular color spectrum and large size combined with the satin sheen make the South Sea Pearls the most stunning of all. Using fine leather and sterling silver charms, Barbara Conner has found a unique way to enhance the beauty of the South Sea Pearl and create an updated modern look on a classic style.
